Restoring game data from a specified back-up file.

Example:

Charon.exe DATA RESTORE --dataBase c:\myapp\gamedata.json --input c:\myapp\backup.xml --inputFormat xml

Requirements for imported data

JSON, BSON, XML and Message Pack-format data must have be structured in one the following way.
